SHIPPING POLICY

 

Each product on our online store is made to order.

Please allow 7-14 working days for your order to be produced. For larger orders please allow 21 working days for your order to be produced.

AFTER your order is fulfilled and packaged, your order will be booked and shipped via the courier guy (shipping 2-3 working days) *not including processing time* and your tracking number will be sent to you via Email and SMS. All packages will require signature confirmation and a unique PIN that will be sent to you via email & SMS.

orders ship MONDAY through to FRIDAY only.

Orders are processed MONDAY-FRIDAY. Orders that are placed on weekends and public holidays are processed the next business day.

TO BE CLEAR processing time 7-14 working days (21 for larger) + an additional 2-3 working days for shipping.
