SHIPPING POLICY

Each product on our online store is made to order.

Please allow 5-7 working days for your order to be produced. For larger orders please allow 7-14 working days for your order to be produced.

AFTER your order is fulfilled and packaged, your order will be booked and shipped via the courier guy (shipping 2-3 working days) *not including processing time* and your tracking number will be sent to you via Email and SMS. All packages will require signature confirmation and a unique PIN that will be sent to you via email & SMS.

orders ship MONDAY through to FRIDAY only.

Orders are processed MONDAY-FRIDAY. Orders that are placed on weekends and public holidays are processed the next business day.

TO BE CLEAR processing time 5-7 working days (7-14 for larger) + an additional 2-3 working days for shipping.
